Like many companies in this challenging ecomnomy, ICI Systems has excess seats to fill in their training classes.  With not a lot of money for advertising avaialble, we directed them to social media as a thinrifty way to fill last minute empty seats.  We launched their twitter feed and helped them attracted new price concious human resource managers and CIO's.
